Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party, other than the carrier, appointed by you takes possession of the product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

 

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you received damaged or defective goods, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return or exchange the product. The return shipping cost for damaged or defective goods will be covered by us.

 

Exchanges

Only items that are defective or damaged will be returned. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
